What a bodyweight burn!

Wow, my arms burned with these two workouts, both bodyweight driven! I am currently in a situation where weights are unavailable, so these workouts are very convenient, but don't be fooled - combining the right workouts and really pushing yourself really makes a difference! If anyone tries this combo, let me know how you end up! (like with arms that don't want to function properly XD)
