Health Update: 2/28/19

Today was another pretty average day. Got all my homework done and went to work. No real stress. Eating wise it was okay too. I see my doctor tomorrow so I’m gonna ask her about a new meal plan.

Breakfast: 2 scrambled eggs, a piece of toast, protein shake

Lunch: yogurt with trail mix, an apple, cashews, sun chips, and chocolate corvered berries

Dinner: sandwich with peppers, some grapes and more sun chips
