Healthy Eating Challenge Round 2 - Day 16

Hello!

How are you today? I got another #HealthyDayComplete yesterday, so I'm happy and proud :D

For lunch I had cous cous with veggies, broccoli, and cottage cheese on bread, yum! Dinner will be baked fish with herbs and a salad with leefy greens and mixed *anything else that is in the fridge and inspires me*. Last but not least, my aunt brought chiacchiere! Google tells me they are called "mardi gras fritters" in English: they're basically sweet crunchy fritters very popular around Carnival here. They are deep-fried, and sprikled with powdered sugar, so not the healthiest thing... BUT, in moderation, they are a delicious treat! I plan to have some for snack later, with some plain yoghurt (because, proteins, right?).
