Strength-February :)

February was great! I got completely back on track in terms of workout and also my eating habits changed back for the better. I started FB Flex in the second February week and so far I really enjoy it. I could probably push it a bit more on my freestyle-days, where I sometimes chose a rather light workout... but well, I wanted to try out the new videos of 2k19 and they were definitely all fun :)

Cool fact by the way: Due to the healthier eating I dropped one and a half kilos, which feels pretty good after last month's stagnation.
