Taking a break...

So reluctantly I have decided to take a week off from working out. I was diagnosed with a kidney infection yesterday and started a course of very strong antibiotics. I just don't feel like working out at all but at some level I feel like I'm failing myself. I had just completed FBabs and started FB Burn R2, but I know that I have to slow down and let my body heal. I'm going from 5 day workout weeks to nothing for an entire week. I thought I'd at least do some stretching or yoga but honestly I just want to sleep all the time and don't have the energy for barely anything. Has anyone else been through this? Did you have any setbacks from taking a week off with illness?
