Health Update: 2/26/19


Today was a pretty good day. I started to see a therapist and we came up with a plan and she’s going to work with my doctor and talk about a meal plan. Stress wise mostly came from school as I have a teacher who won’t fix a grade for an assignment I turned in. Also just general eating stuff.

Breakfast: protein shake, 2 scrambled eggs, one piece of toast with ketchup

Lunch: Yogurt, an apple, trail mix, crackers, cashews, and a cookie

Dinner: a roasted potato, chock, and carrots

I also may have a snack later tonight.

Also this is the face I woke up to today. 😅😅
