Unfortunately I sprained my wrist 2 weeks ago and had to stop exercising. I was a bit upset about that as I was quite enjoying Fbbooty. I have now decided to start running 3 times a week with core workouts and try to get my wrists stronger.
I'm doing a couch to 5k program running program. Today was my first run and I managed 8x 1 minute of running with 1,5 minute break. I did way better than I expected, feeling excited about this new challenge.
