About 3 weeks ago I was working out and I was going down towards the ground on a lunge when I suddenly felt an acute pain in my left glute. I think it was a sprain and problaby because I pushed myself too hard on the week before that although I didn't feel sore by the time of the sprain. So when I felt the pain I stopped immediately and rested one week. I didn't feel the accute pain again and I don't feel pain when working out but many times per day I feel this mild ache pain on my glute. Have you ever been in this situation? Should I stop working out the glutes until I feel NO pain whatsoever?
