Health Update: 2/24/19

Been an okay and lazy Sunday. Was able to get some homework done this morning, finished a book, and watched TV. Mostly stress free expect negative food thoughts. I hope one day I can stop thinking about food so much. Also annoyed at my sister because I made new soup for dinner and she barely ate it. She’s so picky!

Breakfast: oatmeal with a banana, cinnamon, and chocolate almond milk to drink.

Lunch: yougurt, grapes, cashews, and 3 cheddar rice cakes with jam.

Dinner: New tomato, corn, and ravioli soup.
