Lately I've gotten my dad into working out with FB, and we've been doing workouts together. I hadn't realized I missed company when I worked out (having done it alone for years) and I'm having a great time bonding with him over exercise. (The only setback being his knees, as he can't do squats or lunges because of an injury). Do you guys workout with your family? Do you enjoy it?
