I am currently in Maine in the middle of a snowstorm. It's the middle of Sunday afternoon, it's my last day of vacation before I go back to work and I just wanted to relax and ignore my workout. But I didn't!! I got up, went through the motions of putting my sneakers on, taking my weights out, spreading my mat out and turning on the video, still unconvinced I wanted to do it. I went through the warmup and felt much better about it and honestly just had a killer lower body workout. I'm so glad I did it. I feel so much better. I'm sweaty, but so energized!!
Now to go shower, put on my sweatpants and binge watch Grey's Anatomy in the midst of the snowstorm before a crazy week at work begins! Enjoy your Sunday afternoon everyone!!
