Best workouts for when you are feeling under the weather...

Ah, I promised myself to workout 5 days a week no matter how busy I was, but the flu bug made that promise come to a screeching halt. A small easy workout usually works best, especially one that requires you to lay on the floor the whole time, lol. That would be a Pilates, of course. This one comes to mind, perfect for working the kinks out of sore tired muscles. If not today, maybe tomorrow. Oh well, this is the first time I've called-in to work for myself. I felt guilty, but I feel better sitting in a chair binge watching the Chilling Aventures of Sabrina on Netflix eating raspberries and drinking water rather than working at my fast-paced physical job.

What do you choose to do when you're feeling sick? Workout a little (hopefully not too much) or wait it out? I'm doing a little of both. 😊
