Hi! I'm a 20 year old college student who has been using FB's workouts for a little more than a year now. I love their workouts and they're a great way for me to feel a little less stressed when I'm in the middle of stressful coursework.
That being said, I'm trying to lose some weight. I have no problem on the exercise side of things -- I love working out! But on the nutrition side of things, I'm having trouble finding food that is healthy, fills me up without adding too many unwanted calories, and is within my (very small) budget. Does anyone from the community or from FitnessBlender have any advice on this?
