Health Check In: 2/22/19

I had a much better day today than I did yesterday. Followed my plan and I even got to do a low impact cardio workout as a “reward” for eating well this week.

Breakfast: Protein Shake ( made with protein powder (chocolate) almond milk and peanut butter,) which I will no longer be adding as it causes me horrible heartburn and stomach pains.

Lunch: coconut yougurt with trail mix, cashews, an apple, chocolate corvered berries, and goldfish.

Snack: too busy at work to eat

Dinner: Turkey soup with sweet potatoe, corn, and carrots

Snack: popcorn with some Cheeze Itz

Stress: just usual eating disorder thought and stress from weight gain.
