8ish Month Progress - FB Strong and FB Booty

Wasn't that sure of my progress until I saw these side by side. I started with FB Strong (love), and continued on to Booty. I've taken plenty of breaks and dabbled in other pdf guides but I've always seen the most results when I'm sticking with Fitness Blender, I've done some calorie counting with intermittent fasting, but I've only just started tracking my macros in the last month or so. I wasn't getting even close to enough protein, but now I am and I'm feeling significant changes as a result (some abs?!?). Weight lifting has been one of the biggest ever positive changes in my life. It's helped with anxiety, pain, self-esteem, disordered eating habits... everything. Still trying to grow a butt though. Maybe someday,
