Good Day to you all, Blenders!

How 'bout this sunset from the other night? It was pretty dang cool!

So how are you all doing today? We're almost to Friday! That's some good news! haha

I hope you're all having a good week so far! And feeling good too!

I've got a #husbandofkim story to start you all off for today!

So he's doing Mass currently, and he was doing this jump rope workout with Daniel yesterday:

And during the workout at some point Daniel says something along the lines of "You don't want to half-a$$ it."

My hubby thought that was the funniest thing ever, for some reason. So he had to stop the video and laugh himself silly.

Then he responds with, "Look, Daniel. I have a rather large a$$--so if I'm only using half of it, that's still an impressive amount of a$$." 😂🤣😆

Omg, Hubby.

The things he says sometimes. 😂🤣😆

So anyway, back to today!

What about some workouts goin on for today? Are you guys working out, or are you resting?

I'm going to be doing a lower body and HIIT workout today for Fit Rd 2, Day 11. Since my upper body's pretty sore, it'll be nice to switch to legs for today!

And how about some good food for today?

I'm thinking a pork stew with white beans and veggies. Easy, but delicious!
