do you all know this guilty feeling when you had a treat?
Then I'm wondering isn't it totallly fine to have treats and not restrict yourself?
So during the week I don't have any sweets at all. I safe them for teh weekends. So what I do is, I still eat very healthy, normal portions, but then I have some popcorn whilst watching a film or a bit of chocolate pudding.
This weekend I'm going to have some pancakes as I've been craving them for weeks now.
So what do you all think and how do you manage with these things?
Do you have treats? If yes, what and how often?
