Some of you may know that I’ve been struggling with an eating disorder for the second time around. Well today is my first steps towards real recovery. I saw my doctor on Thursday and got the information I need to recover. I also saw a nutritionist today but she didn’t really help me with my meal plan. But I decided to make my own. I’ll be eating enough to recover and fuel me for my day. I’ve also cut back at work in order to focus on my recovery and school.
I also might try to post daily eating and life updates like Erse’s healthy eating updates. Hopefully this will keep me accountable and help me vent when I’m frustrated.
Also soon I may be able to start seeing Workout Complete screens in the form of stretching and yoga! So hopefully I can fully get my life back. I’m grateful for this community and the posts I see from you guys.
