New workout suggestion!

I'm currently doing FB Strong--I'm in my last week! I love the program and am definitely stronger. But sometimes I miss HIIT, so a couple times a week maybe I tack on a short HIIT (or cardio kickboxing) video to my scheduled workout. Today I did one of the "When I Say Jump" HIIT workouts and it was SO FUN (and hard). I'd love to see more of these and also the "red light green light" workouts. I love these routines that break up the standard intervals and switch things up. Anyone else really enjoy those? :)
