Healthy Eating Challenge Round 2 - Day 7

Hello FB Family!

It's been a week since the beginning of round 2, can you believe it? I'm getting quite good at this healthy eating thing :)

Lunch today was pasta and broccoli, eggs and a fennel and tomatoes salad. Even better, I'm having grilled beef steak for dinner! I think I'll pair it with an oranges and leafy vegetables salad (lettuce, radicchio, cabbage): an article I read recommended to always have some fruit/vegetable rich in vitamin C when eating meat, because it helps absorb the iron. Whatever the reason, I love oranges in salads :D
