Hi everyone
I woke up at 4am to workout
It is not the first time I'm doing this
I did level 3-4 with low impact modes hit workout
The last time I ate before that was 5:30pm
Would the lack of intake be a reason
What else can it be?
I got abt 20 minutes of workout in but could finish the whole thing do to the nausea...:/...I did my best so far might workout later to "end" the expectation in my head,..:/
