I can ........

I hope this post will help some of you, who struggle or don't see or feel any difference.

The most important thing is not to stop, change doesn't come over night, it is hard work, but it is worth it, Just stick with it and the change will come.

So I am interested what changed, what can you do now?

I really improved, especially with my flexibility.

I can do jumping lunges

I can do full push ups (not many, but yeah)

I can do russian twists with my feet in the air

I can do back bow crossovers (yeah)

I can do so much more.

My flexibility improved,

I can put my hands flat on the ground doing a forward fold

I can almost put my heels on the ground in downward dog,

My knees are almost on the ground while doing the butterfly strech

I can almost kiss my knees while sitting on the ground and bending forward to strech.

I can do longer workouts and recover faster.

I have lost weight, cm around my belly, I am stronger, I Have more endurance.
