Healthy Eating Challenge Round 2 - Day 6

Hello everyone!

Sorry I didn't post yesterday, but time flew by and then I fell asleep on my books while studying... Anyway, it was #HealthyDayComplete, so yay!

I'm a bit grumpy because I somehow managed to hurt myself yesterday morning during HIIT, but didn't realise until I tried to climb the stairs to go have a shower - it was impossible. So, apparently I hurt my hip flexor, or whatever that part of the body is that hurts A LOT when you walk or step up the stairs :( Today is better, but I'm benched for a few days at least. I'll miss my work-outs!

On to better - and tastier - things: what are you eating today? I'm having lentils pasta with tomato sauce and a salad with apples and apple vinegar for lunch. For dinner baked fish with herbs and steamed broccoli. I'll also have some of that whole grain bread we baked on Saturday, yum :D
