My only concern

I’d like to know what others think on this. I love FB workout videos and I will never stop using them. My only concern, and it may not be worth anything, is their emphasis on soreness after the workout. If you’re not sore, you either didn’t lift enough or didn’t work hard enough. I’ve worked out pretty dang hard sometimes and I’m just not sore the next day and it makes me feel a bit discouraged. I enjoy the workouts and I’m wondering what you all think.
