Mix N Match

Hi everyone. I want to do some quick workouts to help me lose weight and tone up for my holiday in August. I have 2 stone to lose and I have a bad back and knee so I have to take it easy. My biggest concern is my legs. Should I focus on one particular workout or is it just as effective to keep doing different workouts? Should I be doing them daily if they are short? xx
