The “dangers” of Downward Dog on the beach...?!?!

This morning’s Roamblender was a great session with, amongst others, staggered squats, stepups, wall sit, skaters up the steps, beast up down plank etc as well as sprints and hill runs. My hair, usually already a messy, very curly head, was sweaty and totally wild at the end of the session.

The weather has been brilliant this week, so we did our cooldown on the beach. I always take our group to the hard sand rather than the soft sand. This means we are obviously nearer the sea. So this morning while we were doing a Downward Dog, I suddenly hear Nicola say: “Oh oh”.... One wave was coming in much further than the rest of them, exactly in the bit where Nicola and I were doing our Downward Dog!!!!! Oh, the “dangers” of working out on the beach indeed 🤣🤣🤣🤣
