Healthy Eating Challenge Round 2 - Day 3

Hello everyone!

I'm posting later because I had an appointment with my nutritionist and, unfortunately, he confirmed my suspicions: I regained all the weight and fat I had lost last summer :(

So, yes, I need to lose all that fat again, but I will! More importantly, I hope continuing to post here will help me with keeping healthy habits and sticking to my meal plan. I've done it for a month already, I can and will do it for as long as it takes to get back within a healthy range of both weight and body fat. Wish me luck!

Let's talk about food now. I had left-overs chickpeas soup and croutons with a fennel salad for lunch. For dinner I'm thinking baked fish, with either steamed broccoli or a salad (probably broccoli, since we ran out of balsamic vinegar and salad without it just doesn't taste as good).
