Healthy Eating Challenge Round 2 - Day 2

Hello everyone,

Happy Valentine's Day! I hope you're all eating healthy, working out or resting, and generally loving yourselves :)

So, what's on your menu for today? I'm having green chickpeas soup for lunch (and left-overs will become hummus for snack, because who doesn't like hummus?) and turkey steak with steamed veggies for dinner. Yes, I know there's no such thing as "turkey steak". Let's just say that's what the butcher calls deboned turkey thighs. Whatever - they're delicious, trust me ;)
