Healthy Eating Challenge Round 2 - Day 1

Hello Blenders!

As promised, I'm here again spamming the community with the second round of my Healthy Eating Challenge! Anyone is welcome to join anytime, with or without comments on my posts. The rules are very simple: for the next 30 days, eat clean, whole foods, in the right portions for you; chose your meals wisely, so that they are nourishing and satiating; last but not least, no food is forbidden! Do you crave cake or chocolate or fries or chips? Have them! Just remember not to overeat :D Eating healthy is for life, and balance is the key to success!

Today I'm having sea bass with caramelized onions and a fennel and oranges salad for lunch. Dinner will be cottage cheese with leafy greens salad and toasted bread. What about you?
