Hello dear Blenders! Hope you're all doing splendidly today.

I'm just popping in today to share a gleeful #programcomplete with y'all today. Although I had to combat a flu setback about half-way through, I successfully sweated through all of FBSweat. What an awesome program! Something like a bite-sized FBFit haha :D Or maybe a mouth-full, and FBFit would be a whole dinner in comparison :P

As a bonus I managed to take a picture of my Furry Trainer napping blissfully while I got my last workout in ;)
