How long until you noticed changes?

Obviously there are a lot of variables here. But im curious! On average how long did it take for you to notice physical changes to your body from working out? Previously ive focused more on cardio than strengh training and i saw small changes after about 3-4 weeks. I feel like others started noticing and comenting after about 10 weeks of consistent effort. So im curious! How did it go for you?? :)
