How to keep moving during the workday

Now that I'm sitting at a computer most of my day, I'm thinking about ways to build movement into my breaks. Has anyone ever put together a collection of FB quick, no-equipment workouts to help with that? If not, I might just motivate myself to do it and post here. But I don't want to reinvent that wheel if someone's already rolling with it :)
