Accomplishment with lifting heavy!

Hello guys!

Just came here to talk about an accomplishment I feel pretty good about. For a while now, I've worked out with fitness blender, and they've been pivotal for perfecting my form. However, I've found that my dumbbells are starting to feel lighter and lighter as I get stronger.

Being back at school, it means I have access to a gym. For the longest time, I was scared as going to the heavier weights for fear that I wouldn't know what I'm doing. I'm small too- 5'0 and 122 lbs. But now, I am confident in my abilities. I couldn't believe what I accomplished!

Hanging lunges: 125

Hip Thrusts: 125

Deadlifts: 105

Squats: 90

Chest press: 60
