Good Morning Ladies,

My workout is complete. On Sundays I try something new to see if I like it and so I do not get bored. Today's workouts were as follows:

1. Quick Total Body Warmup 6min

2. Strength and Cardio Tabata Workout 12min

3. Quick Sweat Lifting Session: 10min Butt and Thigh Workout

Now I am going to have my chocolate smoothie with greens and blueberries.

If there is an exercise that I do not want to do I substitute it for something with Cardio. I do not like doing exercising that require jumping because I have large breast and old knees. LOL
