Fbmass program complete!👍 and also starting a 10k training

Hello everyone just checking in ,yesterday i finished fbmass, its a great program with a little bit of cardio on it, i like that my arms are looking a little toned, i need to start training for a 10k run in March ,any runners here? I need suggestions on how to train for it i mean working together with fb programs should i do strong maybe?
