#KettlebellChallengeComplete.... relaxing in my pjs now

Finished the kettlebell challenge yesterday. I changed things around because of Roamblender, so yesterday I did the day 4 workout. I really loved that no weight upper body workout!! Afterwards I planned my next Roamblender session and incorporated some of the exercises in that workout.... thank you, Kelli!

Photo is of my favourite pj bottoms, totally too loose and big, but wonderful for doing the optional stretch in....

Thanks, Kim, for organising this challenge! I thoroughly enjoyed it. Hit my head with one of the weights one day, but that’s all in a day’s work or should I say: all in a day’s workout?!?! 🤣🤣🤣🤣
