I have been really struggling with my workouts and nutrition. Life and a minor injury have gotten in the way. And my own self disapline.
My injury is a lot better and I keep forgetting that even a low impact workout counts.
But I want to get out of this slump. I haven’t done anything healthy in weeks.
I could really use an accountability partner or group. That’s what has worked for me in the past. Some people to walk through a program with. To ‘report’ my food, workout and water intake to on a regular basis. To have other people on the same walk.
This community of people seems really great. And supportive. And kind. But it seems that I need more. I feel kinda silly. But there it is.
Is there a smaller group of people that start a program together and keep in contact with each other on a regular basis?
