Eating Disorder Update

Hi FB Family,

Some of you may have seen a post of mine from Sunday about my struggles with my eating disorder and environmental stress.

Well today I sought help from a clinic where they told me I weighed 94lbs. This is the lowest weight I’ve ever been and I’ve put myself up to extreme health risks.

But I have a plan for recovery. First I’m not allowed to exercise at all anymore. That means no more FB workouts or walks. I have to eat 3 meals a day and three snacks plus a protein shake with my breakfast. I will also be seeking medical help and therapy.

For my environmental worries my parents have agreed to pay for a composting service to come weekly to help deal with waste. So hopefully with all this I’ll get better.

I’m also looking for any healthy and high protein snack and meal recipes with few ingredients for me to eat. Especially for snacks and the shakes!

Hopefully I’ll be able to see a Workout Complete Screen by the summer if all goes well. I have to reach 125lbs in order to workout again.
