Feeling dejected

I'm 19 this year and I've been working out with FB for slightly more than a year already. Although I have seen improvements but I feel that my gains are going away...

Now, I feel weaker. I can lift heavier weights but some parts of my body can't lift the same amt of weights as before. Sometimes I do not even have the motivation/energy to complete the same workout video which I was able to do so in the past. My appetite became bigger so I ate more but because of this, I became slightly bigger in size (i think its fats). The brighter side is that my period became better last month since my period became irregular and lighter ever since I starting doing FB's workout programs.

I'm glad that my period is becoming normal (i think) but I feel beat up and dejected to see myself becoming fatter and weaker.
