How much protein can I safely consume a day?

Just wondering how much protein I can have a day without overdoing it. I am a 5'5" 112 lb 14-year-old female and am working through FB FIT (I always do the hardest modifications and extra credit burns), I also am involved in many sports: soccer, basketball, gymnastics, skiing, etc. so I am pretty active. According to the minimum protein intake (0.38 x pound of bodyweight protein calculating method), I would only need 43 grams a day. However, I always have a high protein breakfast (25+ grams) and don't want to have to eat mostly carbs for the rest of the day. What would you say is a good amount? Thanks!
