#KettlebellChallengeComplete

This was a lot of fun. The week flew by and had such a great variety. Each day was exciting, and swinging a weight around, using momentum, is actually pretty fun; granted you don't hit yourself or things above or around you! ..It felt challenging and different from traditional strength training and I would love to see/do more of them!

For mock kettlebell weights, I used a gallon jug full of sand that weighed about 12lbs. And in the picture you can sorta see I used a concrete half block that weighs around 15-16lbs. My black kitty did not volunteer as a weight. He just wanted to crash the photo shoot and congratulate me after I was all done.

..So, thanks Kim for putting together another wonderful challenge that I have the privilege to do along side you amazing, Blenders! Good luck to anyone starting or still doing this challenge, but for me, this Kettlebell challenge is complete! :D
