A different total body workout

Hello everyone!

The pics show you before and after my snow removal activity to clear in front of our terrace and back garden doors (need to be able to open them in case of an emergency). Cleared also a path to our bird feeders.

Warmed up for this with moves for the arms and shoulders, continued afterwards with vacuuming around the house (that completes the core and upper body portion), and then did https://www.fitnessblender.com/videos/at-home-butt-and-thigh-workout-with-no-equipment with warmup and cooldown. Finished the combo with extra stretches for the shoulders and arms.
