kettleball challenge complete!!

What a treat!! I had never tried a kettleball workout before and I hesitated before joining the challenge but I am so glad that I did!! I loved it - the workouts were fast and fun and new and I looked forward to doing them- even though it meant getting up at 4 am two days in a row! It's a little bit different than classical strength training and I do believe it's something that I will come back to every once in awhile. Meanwhile, a big shout out to Kim for putting it together...many thanks. And to you who are still kettleballing, have fun!!
