I started working out pretty hard over the past month. I typically do a 45 min to 60 min swim in the morning and a 35 minute FB dumbbell workout at night. I lost 13 lbs in December with just swimming and eating right. Now I'm incorporating weight training. I'm 297 pounds, and have a goal of 260 by my birthday in April. Should I take a supplement? Does anyone have any suggestions? If I do take a supplement I am most concerned with safety.
