Currently, when I do a lunge, if my right leg is the back leg, the quads of my right leg feel tight and it basically feels like I'm doing a quad stretch. The lunging action puts a strain on my leg and I end up in pain. The fact that it causes me pain makes me think my form is not correct.
Does anyone have any tips on ensuring correct form when doing lunges (without use of a mirror)? I do not have access to a full-length mirror so I have no way to know if my form is correct, at this stage.
