I was hoping that the people on here who workout in the morning would be able to help me. I know it is different for everyone but I would like some advice / also to be nosy! ;)
I really want to get into the habit of exercising in the morning because I always feel better when I do and also it means it's out of the way! I just really struggle sometimes and would like to know everyone else's routine.
What time do you wake up to workout?
Do you eat beforehand? And if so, what do you eat?
How long do you leave between waking up and working out?
