This is my first community post. I've been doing the FB workout videos for a couple of years, but just now joined. :)
My family and I live internationally and I find it difficult to have good control over my diet because the foods available to us are much different than living in the states. We are unable to buy any kind of special ingredients, only what is available at the local wet markets. Anyone else ever experienced the same? How do you keep creative in meal planning when the ingredients are limited? How do you still make healthy choices when you can't find options like low/no sugar, whole wheat flour, etc?
