Under the weather, but keeping nutrition clean

I am under the weather today and, unfortunately, ‘tis not something I can push through. Blech! Truthfully, I’m not even hungry, but I’m determined to stay within my intermittent fasting window and getting my calories. Especially since I’ll most likely be starving later and without energy to put something together!

Tuna, relish, scrambled egg, hemp seeds, greek yogurt, jasmine rice, mixed veggies. Frozen fruit water.
