I'm having a hard time figuring out what types of workouts to do.
I would ideally like to workout 3-4 days a week; 20-30 minutes each day.
I don't need to lose weight, but I'm looking to tone all over - especially the butt and thigh area.
Should I just do the butt and thigh workouts all the time? Is this OK? Are there some that you recommend over others?
Should I add weights in?
I get overwhelmed with how many videos there are.
