Week 4 update!


Hi blenders!

I am currently on week 4 (or one month) of Fitness Blender workouts and man! do I feel amazing! I am working on building muscle and toning and it has shown for sure. I am much more confident than I was before, and I'm seeing results! My waist is much smaller! I usually do the strength training workouts with some cardio, and the days I don't workout I do the yoga stretching.

I also incorporate and balanced diet! We usually grill chicken, pork chops, hamburgers (no bun of course!). I'm wanting some new, quick easy ideas for dinner! Please drop suggestions below!

What are ya'lls favorite workouts?? So far, mine is probably the board easily ones and the barre! Let me know how you are doing! Have a fantastic and healthy week!
